Description

(I am the fox)
Who are you?
(I am me)
Who is me?
(Me is a thief)
You'll bring your poor, poor mother grief, so..

After the fox, after the fox
Off to the hunt with chains and locks
So, after the fox, after the fox
Someone is always chasing...
After the fox.

I'm trying to fix my shading and it's not going well unu but oh well I tried.
I'm gonna work on backgrounds at some point in time soon because mine suck I mean look it's just a flat colour with slightly darker shades of the colour in geometric shapes. I'm pathetic sob.

Okay, let's begin with the eyes. I like the contrast they have with the fur; the bright orange glow really gives the images character, and makes me feel like I'm being watched. They give the fox's face much expression, and I think you did a wonderful job.

The wounds and scars on the fur are well executed; they make me imagine what the fight would have been like, and have a realistic touch to them.

I feel the fur is kind of flat, and could maybe have a bit more depth, but otherwise it's very well done, and the markings are intriguing. The shading is I think fine, however, it could blend just a bit more with the rest of the fur; the lines on the shading look a bit hard.

Overall, it is a very interesting piece, and leaves the viewer with many thoughts and questions, but most of all speculation. I can imagine many scenarios where this fox is fighting, or stealing, or simply being mischievous.
